Yes. Canvas Camping Tents is a specialty store owned and operated by Competitive Edge Products, Inc., a family-owned Utah retailer in business since 2003. We built this site so campers can shop tents and camping gear without wading through our full catalog of non-camping products on CompetitiveEdgeProducts.com.

Whichever site you order from, you're working with the same Utah-based team, the same phone number and support staff, the same manufacturer warranties, and the same return policy. We're not a reseller or a copycat of Competitive Edge Products — we're their dedicated camping store.

Many of our items include free shipping. This is indicated on the individual product detail page, so check the item you are interested in.

On items without free shipping, the buyer pays fixed or calculated shipping charges. Items shipped to Canada, Alaska, and Hawaii cost more to ship, especially outlying areas like the Northwest Territories. Items shipped outside the United States may receive brokerage fees or taxes from your local government. Those fees are not from Competitive Edge Products, Inc., so check with your government before purchasing.

Please, no APO or PO Box addresses. Items are shipped after payment is received. LTL freight shipments are curbside delivery unless you pay extra for inside delivery services, so call us to arrange that. Purchasing multiple items at the same time can save on shipping charges.

Small packages (about 75 lbs or less) ship by UPS or FedEx and typically arrive within about 5 business days in the 48 contiguous states. Larger items ship by LTL freight and typically take about 6 to 7 business days in transit. Alaska and off-continent locations can range from about 10 to 15 business days. All shipping and transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Most orders ship the next business day if the item is in stock. We do not process or ship orders on Saturday or Sunday except by prior arrangement.

Please let us know within 3 business days of your purchase date if you have not received a tracking number, and let us know if your package has not arrived within 7 to 14 days. That way we can look into your order quickly and make sure it gets to you.

Expedited shipping on Kodiak items: Kodiak is the one supplier that expedites for us, and expedited shipping is available for Kodiak items right at checkout. Kodiak orders generally ship the same business day when ordered in the morning, otherwise the following business day.

Expedited shipping on other brands: Online orders ship standard ground no matter which shipping option is selected at checkout. If you need an order faster, call or email us with the model number(s) and the date you need it by, and a representative will get an expedited freight quote and call or email you back. Once payment for the order and the expedited shipping has been processed, we will process the order with the delivery time quoted to you. Competitive Edge Products is not responsible for expected delivery dates that have not been communicated and verified through one of our representatives.

Lifetime items: expedited shipping is not available on Lifetime products. They ship FedEx Ground, or by LTL carrier if too large for FedEx. Once shipped, delivery generally takes about 5 to 7 days.

A representative will get back to you within 1 business day, usually the same day on weekdays.

We can ship internationally, but the shipping is very expensive, so international orders are handled by quote rather than standard checkout. Email us for a quote. If you have a shipping company that will pick the item up, we can work something out.

Items shipped outside the United States may receive brokerage fees or taxes from your local government. Those fees are not from Competitive Edge Products, Inc., so check with your government before purchasing.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, cash, checks, and money orders. When sending payment by check, please write it for the exact amount quoted and include a copy of the quote. Contact us if you find any billing discrepancies or have billing questions.

Orders must be canceled within 12 hours of ordering. We cannot guarantee the cancellation of orders after 24 hours, as many of our products ship out within that time period.

**Terms subject to change in the future

If an item is damaged when you receive it, notify us and we will replace the damaged part or item free of charge. Please check your order for damage before the carrier leaves your home. On freight (LTL) deliveries, note any damage with the carrier at the time of delivery. Damage on Duramax brand items must be noted within 72 hours of receipt.

Some items carry a 30-day money-back guarantee and are picked up at our expense. Those items say so on the product listing. All other items follow the standard return policy below.

If you choose to return an item for any other reason (buyer's remorse), you pay for the return shipping and arrange your own carrier. A 20% restocking fee is deducted on any return, even if the package is unopened. This restocking charge is assessed to us by the manufacturers on each product and cannot be waived. Any shipping cost we paid to send the item to you is also deducted from the refund. This applies to items listed as free shipping as well, since the actual shipping we paid is deducted from the return amount.

The return must be done within 30 days of the original purchase. Items must arrive in resalable condition in the original packaging. Items that do not meet these requirements may be refused. We refund the remaining payment once the item is received.

The return address is different by product, so you will need to contact us for the return address and a return authorization (RA) number or call tag before shipping anything back. The return policy can differ by item and brand, so check the specific product listing when it has its own return terms.

Shopping with us earns Reward Points on eligible merchandise, worth 2% back. You earn 2 points for every $10 spent, and 200 points can be redeemed for a $20 gift certificate toward future purchases. You also get 10 Reward Points just for creating an account.

When you make a purchase that earns points, the amount is shown on your order email and invoice. You can also check your account any time to see how many points you have accrued, and that is where the bonus points for creating an account show up.

To use a code, enter your coupon or promo code in the promo field on the checkout page before completing your order, and the discount will show in your order total.

Only one promo code can be used per order, and codes cannot be stacked or combined. Our promo codes are specific to individual products, so a code applies only to the product it was issued for and excludes all other products. The one exception is our CEPCOMEBACK coupon code. Promo codes apply to eligible product prices, not to shipping or taxes, unless the code states otherwise.
